Founded in 2022 by Dyllan Johnston, a Sports and Nutritional Scientist, GenX Clinics was born from a simple frustration: the wellness industry was full of promises but short on proof.

What started as an IV lounge in Cape Town has grown into a comprehensive longevity and human optimisation clinic — with in-house pharmaceutical manufacturing, a prescribing doctor with an international anti-aging fellowship, and two thriving locations.

Today, GenX Clinics offers over 20 proprietary IV formulations, peptide therapy, NovaNAD+ (our flagship NAD+ product), medical weight loss programmes, hormone therapy, diagnostics, and a dedicated women's aesthetics clinic — all under one roof.
